3. Return Policy

3.1. Refunds for online courses are not made after access to the materials has been granted (downloaded, viewed in your personal account, etc.). 3.2. Return or exchange of physical goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used, their packaging and presentation are preserved. Refunds are not made for goods with individual characteristics made to order by the customer. 3.3. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made.

4. Delivery of goods

4.1. Delivery is carried out by courier services or by mail to the address specified by the customer. 4.2. Delivery times depend on the region and the selected delivery method. 4.3. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the work of transport companies.

5. Responsibility of the parties

5.1. The seller undertakes to provide goods or services of proper quality. 5.2. The buyer undertakes to provide correct data for placing an order. 5.3. The seller is not responsible for the impossibility of using the course for reasons beyond its control.

6. Processing of personal data

7. Dispute resolution

7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. 7.2. In the event that it is impossible to resolve a dispute peacefully, it shall be considered in accordance with the law.
