DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

These terms define the conditions for delivery, returns, and exchanges of products purchased on ruslanmarat.com from the Contractor (SP Marat Ruslan, IIN: 811223350794, Kazakhstan).
1. PRODUCT DELIVERY
1.1. Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Kazakhstan and to other countries worldwide via international courier services or postal services. 1.2. Delivery Method: Depending on the logistics regulations of the destination country, delivery is performed either to the specified address (door-to-door) or to the nearest post office or pickup point. 1.3. All items on the Website are sold from current stock. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 1–3 business days from the moment of payment. 1.4. International delivery times range from 5 to 25 business days, depending on the destination region. 1.5. Upon handing the parcel to the logistics service, the User will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment in real-time. 1.6. Product prices are listed excluding VAT (the Contractor operates under a special tax regime). Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout or included in the final invoice. 1.7. The Contractor is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or logistics providers but will provide full assistance to the User in locating and expediting shipments.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
2.1. Returns or exchanges of serial-produced goods of proper quality are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the User. 2.2. Return Conditions: The product must maintain its original condition, complete set, factory packaging, and seals, and must show absolutely no signs of use or assembly. 2.3. Returns of products of proper quality manufactured under custom orders (with personalized changes, engravings, or custom geometry) are not accepted. 2.4. The cost of return shipping for goods of proper quality is borne entirely by the User. If the return is due to a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, verified by photo/video evidence, the Contractor will cover the return transportation costs. 2.5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is physically received at the Contractor’s warehouse and its condition has been verified. 2.6. Funds are refunded strictly via the same payment method and to the same card/account used for the original purchase on the Website.
